For 3 days, it brought together 21,112 visitors (increase by 1,5%) from 52 countries and 810 exhibitors from 27 countries who presented their offer in 11 trade fair sectors. Huge interest and high level of the presented products, services and all features of the programme confirm once again that RemaDays Warsaw is a must-attend event in the world of printing and advertising.
Between 13 and 15 February 2019, the Polish capital became for the 15th time the capital of advertising and printing. This year’s international trade fair RemaDays Warsaw was a complete success. The International Advertising and Printing Trade Fair RemaDays Warsaw is primarily a great opportunity to establish cooperation with reliable partners from the market and exchange valuable experiences, but not only. Visitors could fill their time at the event by having meetings, making themselves familiar with the interesting and wide offer of exhibitors and also attending lectures given by leading specialists and, at the same time, enjoying facilities, competitions and attractions provided by the organiser. Here we present some highlights of the extensive programme of RemaDays Warsaw 2019.
The International Advertising and Printing Trade Fair RemaDays Warsaw was again organised in the modern exhibition centre in two halls: E and F, with the total area of as much as 35,000 m2. Among the visitors (an impressive number of 21,112 people – increase by 1,5%) there were also many guests from abroad–3,500 people (increase by 25%). Thus, 810 exhibitors from 27 countries could present the latest solutions, technologies and products to large numbers of potential customers and business partners from the market of printing and advertising–both the domestic and international. Participants of RemaDays Warsaw all agree that for all brands and companies participating in the trade fair, it is a perfect opportunity for defining new trends, establishing valuable contacts and further growth.
Similarly like in the previous editions, also this year the organiser had prepared a wide range of conveniences–starting from access, through practical tools, which helped people to find their way around the fair, to the opportunity for rest during the intense time of meetings and events. Free buses (departing every 15 minutes from Dworzec Centralny and from DW Centralny 06 and PKP Lotnisko Chopina stations) awaited those guests who had travelled to Warsaw by train or plane. Those visitors who travelled by car could use a car park with 7,000 spaces, located just next to the exhibition centre. Special Relax Zones were made available during the trade fair, and the aroma of good coffee and the possibility to use free internet attracted people to visit them. Trade fair visitors could also visit catering outlets–restaurants and cafés–spread over the total area of 2,000 m2.
The series of lectures, given by leading specialists and authorities in their areas of expertise, in the annually organised RemaCongress as always provides the opportunity to expand knowledge, improve competence and learn about topical subjects from the industry and business in its broad sense. This time, our special guest was Szymon Hołownia, a publicist, writer and journalist, who gave 3 interesting lectures on each subsequent day of the fair. What is more, the visitors could participate in free lectures on the topics of advertising, marketing, printing and many others.
Also very popular was this year’s novelty, that is the Gifts&Textile Show. Show panels, taking place on each day of the event, were a unique opportunity to present products to the general public. The attractive form of the Gifts&Textile Show–the products were presented by professional models and accompanied by music, and it was led by a compère–was well received by the visitors.
Now it is time to move to one of the key features of the programme of RemaDays Warsaw 2019, that is the contests. On the first day of the trade fair, the winners of the Korony Reklamy 2019 (Advertising Crowns) contest were announced. The best companies from each category–Advertising Gifts Producer, Importer of Advertising Gifts, Out&InDoor and Technology–received statuettes, symbols of success, at the Exhibitors’ Evening. On the same day, winners of the Prize for Innovations contest were announced. The jury recognised the most innovative machines, equipment and solutions by awarding gold, silver and bronze medals and also honourable mentions.
This was not the end of emotions. On each day, there was a draw for a special prize–a Samsung 55” UHD TV–in the lottery for visitors. During the first two days, the visitors to the trade fair could also vote for the best catalogue, gifts and POS materials. The results announcement of the competitions Catalogue of the Year, Gifts of the Year and POS of the Year took place during a ceremonial Business Breakfast which is attended every year by partners of the Solid Work in Business programme.
The 15th edition of this highly esteemed exhibition event came to an end. The successful trade fair, comfort and good atmosphere and, what is more, high level presented by the exhibitors and visitors interested in their offers, clearly prove that the advertising and printing industry is developing rapidly, and that such initiatives as RemaDays Warsaw 2019 attract interest of market participants. Thank you for sharing your time with us, we wish you many successes and already invite you to the International Advertising and Printing Fair RemaDays Warsaw 2020!
